At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders below R1,500 will incur a delivery fee, which will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing:

the courier may attempt a re-delivery or return the parcel to CasaNova. Additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery before accepting the parcel.
If your package appears damaged or you believe you have received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
