Eligible products may be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the product within 14 working days, provided that:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise agreed by CasaNova.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact CasaNova within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements of this Return Policy, CasaNova reserves the right to decline the return or return the product to the customer.

Where stock is available, eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal or greater value (subject to payment of any price difference).
